Mountaineer Audubon holds its monthly programs the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM at the Morgantown Public Safety Building. You are invited to join the speaker and board members for dinner at 6:00 pm at the Mediterranean Deli on High St.

Caroart Studios

Caroart Studios LLC is a working art studio that specializes in commissioned fine art, illustration, and animations. Some of our commissioned work includes murals, book illustrations, text books, scientific journals, and commercials. We offer in house illustration and animations including animated shorts, comics, and graphic novels. Caroart Studios LLC also offers classes teaching technical skills to build upon is only the base of what we want to accomplish. We use academic, classical approaches of art instruction. We want to provide optimal instruction for each student whether it is for hobby, school requirements, or a serious career with a strong base and understanding of tools and concepts.  Our goal is for each student to be able to assimilate these ideas in a contemporary setting. Caroart Studios is downtown Morgantown's only art supply store. Hours are Monday - Saturday  12:00 pm - 6:00 pm

DORSEY'S KNOB PARK

The observation deck on Sky Rock in Dorsey's Knob Park stands nearly 600 feet above the landscape, giving viewers a breathtaking and refreshing look at the Greater Morgantown Area.  The 70-acre park is also home to Dorsey's Knob Lodge.  The Lodge, a beautiful facility that hosts overnight guests and daytime gatherings, doubles as a gallery to display local and regional works of art.  The park itself is open to the public and provides wonderful green space to read, paint, or just relax.

HAZEL RUBY MCQUAIN RIVERFRONT PARK

 The Hazel Ruby McQuain Park and Amphitheater remains one of BOPARC's premiere summer fun facilities.  The park is home to annual events such as Celebration of America, and the Wheeling Symphony Labor Day concert.  Visit www.boparc.org for more information.
